This is an opportunity to join its Singapore business at an early stage , delivering client projects while helping shape the growth of the local practice. Key responsibilities • Work with clients on growth strategy, new business development, digital and AI transformation, and business improvement. • Develop practical recommendations and support clients through implementation. • Lead project workstreams and engage stakeholders across functions and markets. • Contribute to proposals, client relationships and new business opportunities. • Help build the Singapore team and develop its ways of working. Requirements • At least 8~10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, technology consulting or cross-border projects. • Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills. • An interest in both delivering consulting projects and helping build a growing practice.
