Marketplace – Assistant Manager

Assistant Marketplace Manager Our client, a leading multinational consumer goods company, is seeking a hands-on Marketplace Assistant Manager to grow its e-commerce business for their Singapore market. This individual contributor position combines commercial planning with day-to-day marketplace management across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Key Responsibilities • Plan and implement marketplace initiatives to drive sales and strengthen brand visibility. • Oversee daily store operations, including product listings, promotional activities, and campaign execution. • Analyse sales trends and campaign results to improve store performance and identify growth opportunities. • Work closely with marketplace partners and internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives. Requirements • Practical experience operating Shopee and Lazada stores, with ownership of daily activities and campaigns in consumer goods space. • Good understanding of Singapore’s marketplace landscape. • Strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage priorities independently.
