Working hour • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm • Fridays: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Key Roles • Reception: greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents; handle general enquiries and direct to appropriate personnel • Phone handling: answer and manage calls promptly; take and relay messages, transfer calls, respond to basic enquiries • First Aid: provide first aid and health support to unwell/injured students; maintain sickbay records and medical supply records; notify parents/guardians and arrange student pick-up • Administrative support: filing, data entry, photocopying, registering delivered items, mail distribution; record late-coming, early releases, and sickbay cases • Any other ad-hoc admin support required by the school Requirements • Minimum GCE N Level • Preferably able to use Microsoft Office and Google collaborative tools • Preferably 3 years' relevant working experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
