HR Executive

• Monday - Friday • Pioneer Crescent • Completion Bonus Responsibilities • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, employee administration and offboarding. • Coordinate recruitment activities and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees. • Handle Work Permit and other employment-related applications , renewals and required documentation. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases and personnel files. • Administer and monitor employee leave, attendance and other HR records in accordance with company policies. • Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee information and payroll-related updates. • Respond to employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters. • Prepare HR correspondence, reports, employment letters and other documentation for management and internal purposes. • Liaise with internal departments, government agencies and external service providers on HR and administrative matters. • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, projects and process improvements.
