Job Summary You will support the administration of research grants and initiatives by coordinating grant calls, assisting researchers with submissions and post-award activities, facilitating compliance and reporting, and managing communications and documentation within the Research Support Office. Responsibilities • Coordinate grant calls with University Colleges and Schools to ensure timely and accurate submissions • Support researchers and faculty members in preparing and submitting grant applications and managing post-award activities • Facilitate compliance with funding agencies’ guidelines by assisting researchers in understanding requirements • Administer institutional and external research funding schemes, including coordinating review processes and panel meetings • Manage communications with stakeholders to maintain clear and effective information flow • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative databases related to grant submissions and reporting obligations • Track submission deadlines and reporting requirements to ensure timely compliance • Support the implementation of new research funding initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations to support research funding activities • Coordinate grant-related events and activities to facilitate stakeholder engagement • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Research Support Office Joy Yeow Zhi Qian (CEI RegistrationNo: R2096261) Recruit ExpressPte Ltd (EA Licence No: 99C4599)
