Inside Sales Advisor [Industrial Parts]

[Job ID: 1644474] Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects to support customer portfolio growth in collaboration with Business Development and Branch Managers. • Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations and orders to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement. • Collect and report market intelligence, including product pricing, competitor activities, and economic trends, to support business decision-making. • Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and high-quality customer service. • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a professional and positive first-order experience. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs related to company products and services. • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through sales insights and lead-generation activities to create new business opportunities. • Educate and support customers in using the company's e-commerce platform to enhance self-service capabilities. • Provide support and coverage for team members when required. Requirements: • Multiple years of relevant experience in a technical-commercial, sales, or customer development role. • Strong relationship management and sales skills with a results-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English for liaising with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking clients and stakeholders. • Experience in outbound calling and customer engagement activities. • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. • Persistent, resilient, and proactive in managing sales and administrative responsibilities.
