We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment for our technology projects and guide a small team of recruiters. Your Role • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles. • Own hiring targets and ensure projects are adequately staffed on time. • Lead volume hiring and recruitment for key projects and client accounts. • Source and engage talent through job portals, social media, referrals, networking and direct sourcing. • Assess candidates and present suitable profiles to clients and hiring managers. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. • Lead and coach a team of 2–3 Recruiters. • Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve hiring challenges and keep recruitment on track. What We’re Looking For • Degree or Diploma in any discipline. • 5–7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with team lead experience. • Strong communication and people skills. • Good negotiation and coaching abilities. • Resourceful, proactive and organized. • A driven team player who enjoys taking ownership and getting results.
