Research Grant Admin (Education Sector) - Up to $4,500 #NJN

Pioneer 830am - 545pm (Mon - Thurs), 830am - 515pm (Fri) Assistant Manager / Senior Executive (3-Year fixed term contract) Key Responsibilities but are not limited to: • To lead and manage a team of MSOs to support the operations of the Research Office. • Oversee and manage the research grants administration (including RCAs), research finance, research staff hiring, and ensuring corporate governance of research projects and research integrity. • Organise research events (research seminars/ conferences/ workshops), and handle research industry collaborations. • To handle research data reporting (statistics/data required by various offices, external agencies, government organizations and P&T/ contract renewals/ faculty appraisals). Requirements: • At least a bachelor's degree • Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in research administration/ graduate program management in a tertiary education institution, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a dynamic administrative team. • Financial accounting knowledge preferred Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
