Marketing Executive / Senior Executive (B2B)

About the Role Make a measurable impact by driving lead generation and marketing initiatives that lift company performance. You will lead integrated B2B marketing activities, covering promotional planning, lead generation and sales enablement. You will turn market insights and sales direction into targeted marketing and sales actions, using Microsoft, SAP and company software, and guide the marketing team towards measurable growth. Job Description Marketing execution • Plan activities for maximum results, efficiency and impact. • Ensure accurate, smooth implementation and well-organised information. • Review outcomes objectively against numeric results. • Identify the key drivers of improvement and apply them to the next cycle. Market research • Research new and existing market potential, focusing on industries aligned with future sales growth (e.g. research institutions, robotics, biomedical, electric vehicles). CRM database • Maintain the integrity of the in-house CRM database. • Find ways to grow the customer base in the system. Customer support • Understand customer needs through direct communication (phone, email, visits). • Propose suitable solutions, including additional options, even with limited information. Sales support • Produce reports and analyses that uncover hidden sales potential. • Assist with sales administration. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or higher. • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred). • Proven track record in lead generation, campaign execution and marketing initiatives. • Leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and drive execution. • Proficient in Excel; Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is a plus. • Ability to travel overseas. • Proactive in suggesting ideas to improve sales performance. • Curious about the reasons behind results, with a purpose-driven mindset. • Hospitality-minded: anticipates the needs of others. • Quick to act, meticulous, organised and detail-oriented. • Results-driven, with a commitment to thoroughness If interested, please submit your application to cvs@jdawms.com with your expected salary and resume.
