Admissions & Student Records Executive (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Process graduate admission applications and review supporting documents for completeness. Maintain accurate applicant and student records in the admissions and student management systems. Prepare and send offer, rejection and other admission-related communications. Respond to enquiries from prospective and current students regarding admissions and student requests. Process student requests such as leave of absence, withdrawal, programme changes, study mode changes, candidature extensions and fee waivers. Work with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications and student requests. Conduct data and accuracy checks on enrolment, intake, matriculation and student records. Verify data migrated between admissions and student record systems and follow up on discrepancies. Support new system implementation by preparing user guides, training materials and briefing sessions. Collect and coordinate user feedback, system issues and enhancement requests with relevant teams. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
