Working hour • Mondays to Fridays: 8 am to 2 pm Key Roles • Serve as first point of contact at the reception desk for parents, students, and visitors; provide information and direct them • Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries on school operations, admissions, and events • Receive and manage feedback, complaints, and requests; direct to appropriate department or resolve timely • Assist in preparation and distribution of school correspondence • Provide clerical and admin support to teaching staff • Input, update, and manage data in the school's administrative systems • Attend to students at sickbay and render basic care as required • Any other duties assigned by the school Requirements • Relevant experience in general administration • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
