Contract Assistant Manager – Hospital Redevelopment | Up to $6,000 #HHLT

📍 Queenstown 💰 Up to $6,000/month 📅 3-Year Contract 💼 Responsibilities • Support planning and development of the hospital’s future campus and redevelopment projects • Conduct planning studies, feasibility assessments and option evaluations for infrastructure solutions • Translate clinical, operational and service requirements into functional planning and development briefs • Coordinate with consultants, public agencies and multidisciplinary stakeholders • Review design and planning proposals for technical, operational and regulatory requirements • Review and interpret design drawings and floor plans • Prepare business cases, reports, presentations and recommendations for management • Monitor healthcare planning trends, regulatory developments and industry best practices 📝 Requirements • Min. degree in Architecture, Engineering or related built environment discipline • Min. 3 years of relevant experience • Experience in institutional, commercial or healthcare projects preferred • Able to read and interpret design drawings and floor plans • Quantity Surveying (QS) background / experience advantageous • Planning studies or feasibility assessment experience advantageous • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills • Able to manage multiple priorities in a multidisciplinary project environment 📩 Email your resume to biomedical@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) EA Licence No.: 99C4599
