1 Year Associate Executive, HR (Learning & Development) - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to: Location: Bukit Merah Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours Salary: $2500 - $2900/month Job Responsibilities Training Administration • Collate course nominations and process training applications. • Confirm training details with relevant parties. • Raise payment requests for course fees and reimbursements. • Monitor attendance registers and course attendance. • Follow up on training completion and attendance. • Monitor submission of post-training forms, reports, certificates, payments and results. • Provide administrative support for training programmes. • Prepare course materials and in-house training venues. • Assist with funding and training claim applications. Learning Management System (LMS) • Maintain the training catalogue and training records in the LMS. • Update employees’ learning history upon completion of training. Requirements • Minimum Diploma in any discipline. • Good administrative and organisational skills. • Able to manage multiple training-related tasks and follow up with different stakeholders.
