🏥 Temp Clinic Admin | $12/Hour | 3 Months 📍 Gleneagles Hospital / Camden 💰 $12/hour 📅 3-month temporary position ⏰ 5.5-day work week, office hours 🚨 Immediate opening – able to start by next week preferred 📞 Shortlisted candidates will have a phone interview Job Responsibilities • Handle frontline clinic operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling and referral bookings • Attend to walk-in patients and phone enquiries • Support cashier duties and medication dispensing processes • Assist with chaperone duties and explain clinic procedures to patients • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with drug inventory tracking • Ensure the clinic is kept clean, organised and presentable • Follow established SOPs and support routine clinic checks/audits • Compile patient management and operational information • Assist with medical reports and TPA/CHAS/MediSave claims submissions • Provide administrative and operational support to the clinic team • Support other facilities when additional manpower coverage is required 📩 Alternatively, please send your updated CV to jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @jocelynchan.
