Job Summary Manage procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality supply of goods and services. Lead vendor assessments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements to optimize purchasing operations. Responsibilities • Source, compare, and review terms, conditions, quotations, and quality of products or services from subcontractors to ensure best value • Administer purchase requisitions, obtain quotes, and issue Purchase Orders accurately and promptly • Manage requestors’ requirements to fulfill operational needs, track orders for timely delivery, and ensure quality of purchased products • Coordinate between logistics, warehouse, and requesters to meet purchasing needs efficiently and with high quality • Perform vendor assessment and qualification, including organizing subcontractors’ induction programs to ensure compliance and readiness • Support tender purchases by managing tender requirements, coordinating processes, and assisting in tender evaluation and award • Maintain and enforce internal purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards • Prepare monthly spending and savings reports for analysis and decision-making • Identify, integrate, and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize procurement expenses • Propose and drive process improvement initiatives within the purchasing function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Assist or lead ad hoc projects or activities as required to support business objectives Required competencies and certifications • Diploma or Degree qualification with 2-3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience Other Information • For interested candidates, please send your updated resume: • Email: angelateh@recruitexpress.com.sg • Whatsapp: +65 96272860 Angela Teh Ling Wei (CEI No. R1104464) Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No. 99C4599
