Senior Accounts Executive

• Finance and Accounting functions; • Handle daily full spectrum of accounts; • Responsible for monthly regional accounts closing; • Check payments prepared by regional team; • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies; • Prepare annual financial statements and review regional tax filings; • Reports to Accountant and Regional Finance Manager; • Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to external audit, tax submissions, statutory filings and bank related matters; and • Any other duties as and when assigned. Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications. Applicants with minimum 4 years accounting experience. • ERP system (NetSuite) knowledge preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Has positive attitudes and able to work independently in a team. • Has good attention to details, good time management and able to meet deadlines.
