Vice President, Investment Banking

• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore • Banking; Multiple headcounts open • Candidates must have minimum 6-10 yrs of M&A experience Responsibilities would include: • Lead origination and execution of M&A/ strategic advisory transactions • Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential financing or M&A transactions • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies • Regional coverage: Southeast Asia • Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance • Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets • Research and analysis of markets and industries, companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources • Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, internal and external stakeholders Profile of ideal candidate: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / IBD/ Corporate Finance / M&A • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision • Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills • Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge If you are keen to have a preliminary chat, please send me your CV directly to cherrie@ethosbc.com Data collected is strictly used for recruitment purposes only and will be treated with strictest confidence.
