Facilities Assistant [SAS]

Key Duties • Perform routine cleaning and sanitisation of office premises, meeting rooms, training rooms and common areas. • Clean and maintain furniture, fixtures and office equipment. • Vacuum, sweep and mop floor surfaces and maintain general office cleanliness. • Empty and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures. • Prepare meeting and training rooms by arranging furniture, partitions and relevant equipment. • Assist with the setup and teardown of basic audio-visual equipment and room facilities. • Replenish cleaning, pantry and beverage supplies as required. • Monitor and report maintenance, safety and facility-related issues. • Assist with special cleaning projects, periodic cleaning activities and other operational tasks. • Perform other relevant duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
