Secretary (6 months/FINANCIAL INSTITUTION) - up to $4.5k #HAO

Salary: up to $4500 Duration: 6 months contract Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: Raffles Place Job Description: • Provide high-quality operational and business support to senior management, BU Heads and wider team members • Own complex calendar management, meeting coordination and logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones • Coordinate travel arrangements and support expense processing; ensure timely, accurate documentation and follow-up • Prepare and format presentations, meeting materials, reports and business documentation (e.g., briefings, agendas, speaker notes) • Support business planning and departmental meetings, including topic collation and end-to-end coordination • Coordinate internal events and offsites (including global Business Services offsites), trainings and guest logistics • Maintain and organize documentation and storage systems; ensure information is easy to access and consistently managed • Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors; manage expectations and deliver high service standards • Take ownership of additional operational, research and project-based tasks as needed, working proactively and independently Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Secretarial / Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant secretarial experience, preferably in financial sector Interested candidates, please submit your resume to: allylok@recruitexpress.com.sg Ally Audrey Lok Xin Woon Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R21102307 allylok@recruitexpress.com.sg
