CHANNEL SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities: • Achieve the revenueand GP target • Manage the channelpartner in building and growing the partnership. This development of the partners is to beachieved through sales and pre-sales enablement activities. • Build strategicrelationships with relevant vendors’ staff. • Identify and developnew channel accounts • Provide exceptionalcustomer service and strive to exceed customer expectations in accordance tothe Service Level Agreement. • Implement asuccessful pipeline management program through building and monitoring salespipelines to ensure continuous fulfilment of these sales enquiries; analyzesoverall win rates and win/loss ratios. • Keep the partnersupdated on the latest product, marketing programs/event. • Manage partner’sperformance through monthly and quarterly reviews. • Manage the partnerincentive programs. • Analyse and forecast sales and businessactivities on a regularly basis. • Prepare and distribute reports on a timelybasis. • Achieve the quarterly MBOs. • Perform any other project or duties assigned. Requirements: • Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognized institution. • Have at least 1-3 years of working experience in Channel Sales Management and related experience in the networking, security. • Have effective communication skills both orally and written • Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff • Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up • Work well within a team environment • Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude • Possess go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
