Financial Consultant Servicing Executive | Insurance Operations | Non-Sales 📍 Marina One 💰 $3,960–$4,960/month + 0.5 Month Bonus ⚡ Immediate / Maximum 2 Weeks' Notice Preferred 💼 Non-Sales Role Great opportunity for candidates with insurance / financial advisory experience who would like to move away from frontline sales into a client servicing and operations role supporting Financial Consultants . Candidates with prior Financial Consultant / Personal Financial Consultant (PFC) experience who are keen on a non-sales position are welcome. Financial Consultant & Policy Servicing • Act as a key point of contact for Financial Consultants on insurance, investment and policy servicing matters • Coordinate closely with Underwriting, Policy Services, Claims and Investment Operations to resolve cases • Proactively follow up on outstanding or "stuck" policies and drive cases towards resolution • Ensure enquiries and servicing requests are handled accurately and efficiently Investment & ILP Operations • Monitor fund switches, top-ups and partial withdrawals • Follow up on failed trades, transaction delays and other investment servicing issues • Coordinate with Investment Operations and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies Underwriting, Claims & Policy Operations • Liaise with Underwriting on medical or financial loadings for higher-sum-assured cases • Support escalation and coordination of death, disability and critical illness claims • Coordinate with relevant teams on special or customised quotations • Follow through on complex policy servicing cases until closure 📩 Interested candidates, do submit your resume to : jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan | Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
