Operations & Commercial Executive | Shipping Industry

A global shipping company is expanding its commercial team and seeking fresh graduates for the Commercial Executive position based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are keen to build a career in the maritime and shipping industry, gaining exposure to trade operations, market analysis, and shipping network activities. Key Responsibilities • Support daily commercial and operational activities within the shipping business. • Monitor market trends, customer demand, and operational performance to support business objectives. • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and overseas offices to ensure smooth execution of business activities. • Assist with forecasting, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making. • Support service planning and operational coordination across shipping networks. • Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review. • Participate in projects and initiatives that support business growth and process enhancement. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Internship experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain will be an advantage. • Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
