Jobscope: • You will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Nurse and staff in the Department of Nursing Administration. • Your responsibilities include record keeping, logistics arrangement, billing, and generating reports for Nursing Administration, as well as the creation of databases and administrative support for projects and events. Requirements • Degree in Business Management or equivalent. • Candidates with secretariat experience will have an advantage. • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage multiple priorities.
