Sales & Customer Service Executive [EL]

• Handle daily air freight and sea freight sales enquiries through phone and email. • Prepare quotations, respond to customer requirements and follow up on outstanding sales enquiries. • Compile and maintain weekly and monthly sales data, reports and performance records. • Prepare and process debit and credit notes in accordance with established procedures. • Maintain effective communication with customers and coordinate with overseas colleagues and internal teams to support customer requirements. • Work towards achieving monthly sales KPIs and agreed revenue targets. • Work closely with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities. • Deliver professional, responsive and customer-focused service in all interactions.
