Personal Assistant to Financial Advisor – Insurance (Urgent) #NJH

Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the Financial Advisor. • Manage the FA’s calendar, appointments and meeting schedules. • Coordinate meetings and liaise with clients, partners and internal teams • Assist in preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials. • Follow up on client appointments, enquiries and required documents. • Assist with travel arrangements, event schedules and other logistics when required. • Support the planning and coordination of client events, seminars and networking sessions. • Be on-site during events to assist with registration, coordination and event arrangements. • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and support the FA with daily operations. • Work closely with the FA to ensure smooth coordination of client and business matters.
