Sales Executive (FMCG)

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales • Identify and develop new business opportunities withretailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, convenience stores, andother corporate customers. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieverevenue and business growth targets. • Promote and sell the company's FMCG product portfolioto existing and prospective customers. • Conduct regular customer visits to understand marketneeds and recommend suitable product offerings. • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, andpromotional plans. • Conduct market research to identify industry trends,competitor activities, and new market opportunities. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with keycustomers, distributors, and business partners. • Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels ofsatisfaction and long-term business partnerships. • Negotiate pricing, trade promotions, commercial terms,and sales agreements. • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and customerorders while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely orderfulfilment, delivery, and customer support. • Resolve customer issues promptly and provide excellentafter-sales service. Market Expansion • Collaborate with management to identify new saleschannels and business expansion opportunities. • Develop new distribution networks and strengthenexisting retail partnerships. • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, networkingevents, and industry activities to promote the company's products and brand. Reporting & Performance • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and marketupdates for management. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,sales activities, and account performance. • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs whilecontributing to the company's overall growth and profitability.
