Sales Executive (Electronics)

[Job ID: 1686666] Responsibilities • Manage and retain existing customer accounts across assigned markets. • Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities and customer segments. • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to understand business needs and requirements. • Investigate and resolve customer quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. • Travel to customer sites to provide sales support and address enquiries. • Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports. • Support additional business and operational tasks as assigned. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a trading environment. • Experience in trading mechanical components, electrical equipment parts, or electronic devices/components is an added advantage. • Proficiency in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines. • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report writing. • Willingness to travel for customer visits and business engagements.
