Manager, Emergency Planning - Up to $7,000 #HHL

📍 Queenstown 💰 Up to $7,000/month 📅 3-Year Contract | Renewable subject to performance & funding 💼 Responsibilities • Lead the hospital’s emergency preparedness programme covering scenarios such as pandemics, IT downtime and other emergencies • Manage emergency response plans, SOPs and preparedness activities across departments • Coordinate crisis response and support Operations Centre activation during emergencies • Ensure proper incident documentation, reporting and post-incident reviews • Supervise and coach the Emergency Planning team and manage workload allocation • Coordinate emergency equipment procurement, inventory, maintenance and readiness • Support budget planning and expenditure tracking • Lead emergency planning requirements for IGH / Ops Centre implementation • Coordinate with medical planners, campus teams, MOH and other stakeholders • Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) meetings and emergency preparedness projects 📝 Requirements • Min. 4–6 years of healthcare operations or emergency management experience • Prior healthcare experience required • Min. 2 years of supervisory / team leadership experience • Knowledge of emergency planning and crisis response • Familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment • Project coordination experience • Good stakeholder management and communication skills • Basic budgeting and resource management experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities 📩 Email your resume to biomedical@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) EA Licence No.: 99C4599
