Training & Development • Mentor and guide Enrolled Nurses, Nursing Aides/ Assistants and Healthcare Assistants in performing their functional duties. • Participate in relevant quality improvement and assessment activities. Administration and management • Educate family members of residents on the residents’ health conditions and help them gain understanding on the holistic care provided. • Ensure all documentation of residents’ case is maintained appropriately. • Deputise Senior/Nurse Manger in his/her absence. • Any other duty as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Senior/Nurse Manager. Job Requirements: • Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution as approved by Singapore Nursing Board. • Nurses with post basic/advance diploma in Mental Health or those with previous experience in psychiatric setting are welcome to apply. • Demonstrate good communications and people engagement skills, preferably the use of local languages and dialects. • Good organisational ability • Able to form networks and strong linkages with stakeholders. • Able to work shifts. • Candidates with the relevant nursing qualification without experience will be considered. • For Senior positions, at least 7 to 8 years of experience, preferably with experience in public healthcare or nursing home sectors. • Various locations available: Bukit Batok, Hougang, Pearl's Hill, Senja, Woodlands, Tampines.
