Sales Administrator [WCAN]

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department. • Attend to urgent calls, emails and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable, ensuring timely follow-up. • Process incoming customer orders in coordination with Sales Representatives by verifying pricing, discounts, product codes and inventory availability before generating sales orders. • Attend to walk-in customers and provide appropriate assistance when the Marketing Department is engaged with other activities. • Update the commercial team on sales revenue based on information provided by the Accounts Department. • Follow up with key customers on after-sales matters, including service quotation disputes, service-related issues and loan-unit arrangements, in coordination with the Sales Department Head. • Prepare and issue quotations accurately and in a timely manner. • Utilize relevant digital and AI tools to improve administrative efficiency and work processes. • Perform other related administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
