Service Support Executive (Medical Equipment/West) (ID: 713860)

Responsibilities: • Prepare quotations, contracts, and service documents. • Coordinate maintenance schedules and service requests. • Follow up on service jobs and customer enquiries. • Maintain service records, reports, and databases. • Liaise with customers, engineers, and vendors on service matters. • Support spare parts ordering, inventory tracking, and warranty administration. • Update service data using Microsoft Office and ERP systems. • Provide administrative support and assist with daily service operations. Requirements: • Diploma in relevant studies. • 3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or administrative operations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
