Job Responsibilities: * Update and maintain data related to Facilities and M&E Equipment Inventory systems. * Support team activities, organise internal meetings, manage minor projects and handle ad-hoc tasks. * Manage the Ariba procurement system and support office operations for Facilities Support Services. * Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure smooth department operations. * Assist with preparation of basic presentation slides and documentation. * Provide general administrative support as required. Requirements: - Minimum N/O/A level - Able to commit to working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm - Able to commit to contract duration: October 2026 to March 2027.
