• Manage HR operations and employee records , including contracts, confirmation, probation, HR documentation, and employee enquiries. • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding , including orientation, IT equipment, exit interviews, clearance, and final payments. • Manage work pass administration , including EP, S Pass, Dependant’s Pass, and LTVP applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance. • Maintain HR systems and employee data , including personal information, employee movements, and leave records. • Support payroll and HR administration for Asia and Regional Office operations when required. • Organise employee engagement initiatives and HR projects , including wellness programmes, company events, communications, policies, templates, and SOPs.
