Operations Executive (Ward) – Lead & Coordinate Healthcare Operations #HDC1

Looking for an operations-focused role where you can take ownership, coordinate teams and make a direct impact on day-to-day service delivery? We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to support ward operations and work closely with Ward Service Associates (WSAs), supervisors and nursing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving operational challenges and bringing people together to keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing • Support the Ward Service Associate (WSA) team and ensure service standards are consistently maintained. • Oversee and coordinate the deployment of approximately 20 WSAs across the wards, working alongside another supervisor. • Manage different staff deployment patterns to ensure adequate operational coverage. • Work closely with ward supervisors and nursing teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. • Monitor ward supplies and ensure sufficient stock is available for daily operations. • Coordinate WSAs to support patients’ nutrition and dietary requirements. • Provide guidance and direction to WSAs to ensure operational standards are met. • Identify opportunities for quality improvements and support the implementation of initiatives. • Take ownership of operational issues and provide practical solutions when challenges arise. • Support other ad-hoc operational duties as required. What We’re Looking For • Degree or equivalent qualification, with at least 1 year of relevant experience . • Strong interest and experience in operations, team coordination or service management. • Hands-on, practical and comfortable working closely with frontline teams. • Good attention to detail with a strong commitment to service standards. • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate a team effectively. • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across different teams. • Candidates who enjoy a hands-on operations environment and working closely with people are encouraged to apply. 📩 Interested?
