MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIC i. Plan and conduct feasibility studies, analysis of infrastructure construction costs, prepare estimated budgets and project schedules. ii. Collate, update and administrate building plans and architectural drawings. iii. Conduct feasibility studies and concept plans for new facilities. iv. Provide design / project engineering support, general technical advice. v. Manage development projects and ensure completions are within the desired time, cost and quality standards. vi. Implement controls and procedures for proper documentation of records and plans. Conduct periodic audits on drawings and document control/record management processes. GENERAL i) Assist the HOD in cost control as well as the day-to-day general administration. ii) Conduct system studies with the view of improving procedures and methods related to the department. iii) Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department. JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or Building-related disciplines.
