Warehouse Assistant

Basic Salary: Up to $1,800 per month Working Location: No. 7 Jalan Besut, Singapore 619561 Additional Allowances • Productivity Allowance • Forklift License Allowance • Work-at-Height Allowance • Furniture & Bedding Allowance Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week Monday to Friday • 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or • 11:45 AM to 8:45 PM Saturday • 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Key Highlights • Additional Allowances Available • Training Provided • Stable Work Environment • Career Growth Opportunities We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and the timely distribution of goods. Key Responsibilities • Carry out general warehouse operations and duties. • Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness within the warehouse. • Support hosting managers during major roadshow events. • Assist in the delivery of goods and documents to retail outlets. • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers. • Take responsibility for goods received and issued in accordance with company processes and procedures. • Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of inventory within the warehouse. • Assist with stock receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory control activities. • Follow workplace safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times. • Assist in other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by management from time to time. Requirements • Able to perform physical warehouse-related duties. • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. • Good teamwork and communication skills. • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management will be an advantage. • Forklift License and Work-at-Height certification will be an added advantage. • Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving licence (for Driver positions). • Customer service-oriented, responsible, and reliable. • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
