PROJECT ENGINEER - SINGAPOREANS ONLY - CCTV ELV SECURITY SYSTEM 0-1 YRS EXP

Job Description: • Coordinate and manage assigned projects from planning and implementation through to completion and handover. • Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved. • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project requirements, schedules, technical matters, and site activities. • Coordinate site works, installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover activities where required. • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, delays, or risks, and work with the relevant parties to implement appropriate solutions. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, technical documentation, records, checklists, and handover documents. • Generate routine project and operational reports for management and clients. • Attend project meetings, site meetings, and coordination meetings, and follow up on outstanding action items. • Coordinate project materials, equipment, logistics, manpower, and other resources required for project implementation. • Ensure project records, databases, drawings, and documentation are properly maintained and updated. • Assist in troubleshooting technical and operational issues and coordinate with the relevant technical teams for resolution. • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and productivity. • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, safety requirements, and applicable standards. • Perform other project, technical, and operational duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements: • Diploma in engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
