Gul Road, company pick up at Boon Lay 9am-5.30pm (Mon - Fri) * Receptionist Duties (Handling of phone calls etc.) * Issuing of Purchase Orders * Update Delivery Performance for Critical & Non-Critical Suppliers * Update and Monitor staff attendance records * Update and Filing of staff training records (ISO 9001/14001) * Ordering (Lunch, Mineral Water, Biscuits etc.) * General Filing of all correspondence (DO, Service Reports etc.) * Update Staff Movement Chart (White Board) * Air tickets and Hotel reservations * Liaise with Office Cleaner for ordering of sundry items (coffee, soap etc.) * Liaise with Company Tailor & Cleanwear Laundry Vendor * Handling visitors and serve coffee * Assist in organising Company Welfare Programmes (Company Trip etc.) * Any other ad-hoc duty assigned by HOD Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
