MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER [EL]

• Manage and coordinate project documentation, reports, drawings, schedules, requisitions and risk assessments from project commencement to completion. • Assist with project planning, including manpower, materials, equipment and other resources. • Monitor project costs and resource utilisation to support effective budget control. • Coordinate project activities with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, building owners and other stakeholders. • Supervise technicians and workers and monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements. • Prepare and submit technical/project drawings in accordance with specifications. • Maintain accurate and organised project records and documentation. • Prepare project schedules, activity reports and progress updates. • Support the preparation of quotations, tenders and proposals. • Assist in identifying and recommending suitable works or solutions to customers. • Attend site surveys and provide project coordination support when required. • Support effective resource planning and productivity throughout project execution. • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering or a related field. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E, engineering or a related industry. • Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills. • Good organisational, planning and follow-up abilities. • Able to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • AutoCAD experience is an advantage.
