Mailroom Team Lead

Details : • Salary up to $4,000 • Mon-Fri, 8.30AM - 6PM • Location: Central (Raffles) • Performance Bonus Job Scope : • Lead and manage the mailroom team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to SOPs and company guidelines. • Provide guidance to team members and maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service. • Handle daily client communications, enquiries, feedback, and operational issues, escalating matters when required. • Perform mail collection, sorting, security screening, franking, and distribution. • Coordinate incoming and outgoing local and international courier items. • Prepare daily/monthly operational reports and ensure documents are processed accurately and within stipulated timelines. • Monitor mailroom cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. • Handle and move items within the client’s premises when required. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
