Officer, Defects Management | Property Customer Service 📍 Working Location: Various Showflats / Project Sites 📅 2-Year Direct Contract 🕘 Monday–Friday | 8.45am–6.00pm 🏢 Leading Property Developer Seeking candidates with property defects inspection / defects management experience to support residential project handovers and ensure units are delivered to homeowners in good condition. Defects Inspection & Handover • Conduct 100% quality inspections of residential units to identify defects before handover • Assess unit readiness and ensure defects are rectified before units are handed over to homeowners • Coordinate with main contractors on defect rectification and completion timelines • Conduct follow-up inspections to verify that rectification works have been completed satisfactorily • Arrange joint inspections with homeowners where required • Support preparation of handover kits and ensure all required information and documentation are complete Customer Service & Defects Management • Liaise with homeowners, contractors and internal stakeholders on defects-related matters • Follow up closely on outstanding defects to ensure rectification within stipulated timelines • Handle homeowners' feedback and complaints relating to defects and unit handover • Coordinate appropriate solutions and ensure issues are followed through to satisfactory resolution • Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on defects and rectification progress 📩 Interested candidates, do submit your resume to : jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan | Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
