General Manager

Key Responsibilities • Manage the company's commercial activities, including quotations, pricing, contracts and project commercial matters. • Develop pricing strategies and review project costing and profitability. • Negotiate commercial terms with clients, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors. • Review tenders, contracts, purchase orders and variation claims. • Develop new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships. • Monitor project revenue, costs, margins and outstanding commercial matters. • Work closely with sales, procurement, project and finance teams. • Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors from a commercial perspective. • Prepare commercial forecasts, management reports and business performance analysis. • Support senior management in business planning and commercial decision-making. • Ensure proper commercial documentation and contractual records are maintained. • Lead and guide relevant commercial/sales support personnel.
