Senior Programme Coordinator [WCAN]

• Organise and facilitate active ageing programmes for seniors in the Eunos Crescent community. • Monitor programme delivery to ensure activities meet established standards and achieve the intended participation and engagement outcomes. • Develop and implement new programmes and services in response to the needs and feedback of service users. • Gather participant feedback and conduct evaluations for regular programmes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance programme quality and participant experience. • Coordinate programme-related communications with partners, volunteers, service users and other stakeholders. • Provide guidance to volunteers supporting programme activities. • Monitor and manage programme budgets, materials and other resources. • Work with community organisations and external partners to coordinate and deliver programmes and activities.
