Sales Support Coordinator (Redhill / 5 days) [EL]

• Handle customer enquiries received through email, phone and other communication channels. • Prepare quotations and provide customers with relevant delivery lead-time information. • Develop a good understanding of the company’s product range and provide accurate product information to customers. • Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders on order confirmations, delivery arrangements and logistics requirements. • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. • Apply appropriate pricing and cost mark-ups according to customer categories and established guidelines. • Ensure customer orders and requirements are processed accurately and efficiently. • Provide administrative and operational support to relevant business divisions when required. • Verify customer purchase orders against approved quotations before submitting them to the Order Processing team. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
