HR Operations Executive (1 year Contract) #HJO

Job Responsibilities • Provide HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and local regulations. • Manage onboarding administration, including employee screenings, preparation and issuance of offer letters and employee declarations. • Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies identified in screening reports to the relevant HR Business Partners. • Coordinate employee movement activities including transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment and cessation of employment. • Manage work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or their dependants. • Ensure employee documents are filed and stored accurately and within required timelines. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services. • Support HR projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. • Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee movements and offboarding. • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling employee data and documentation. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
