Customer Service & Supply Chain Operations (up to $5600)

Key Responsibilities • Manage customer orders from forecasting and procurement to delivery and completion. • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, Sales team and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment. • Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment. • Oversee warehouse operations, stock checks and inventory accuracy. • Follow up on slow-moving, damaged and obsolete stock. • Coordinate with 3PL and logistics providers for warehousing, shipment and delivery. • Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. • Check logistics invoices and maintain accurate records in SAP. • Handle insurance declarations and claims. • Support process improvements and operational projects. Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics. • SAP or ERP experience is preferred. • Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
