As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, providing outstanding service, building customer relationships, and supporting daily boutique operations. Key Responsibilities • Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable shopping experiences • Assist customers with product selection and enquiries • Build strong rapport with local and international clientele • Support sales targets and contribute to store performance • Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and housekeeping standards • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and cashiering duties • Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly Requirements • Prior retail, customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail experience is advantageous • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented • Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth and international customers • Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays • Immediate starters are highly preferred • Min 3 days per week
