Front of House (FOH) / Restaurant Service Executive– Leila Singapore

Key Responsibilities • * Welcome and engage guests, creating a warm and memorable experience. • * Manage reservations, seating, guest enquiries and front-of-house operations. • * Maintain a polished and well-presented dining environment. • * Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally. • * Promote menu items and support sales and revenue targets. • * Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations. • * Handle POS transactions and basic cashiering duties.
