ASSISTANT MANAGER l F&B @ Chinatown

House of Leila is looking for a hands-on and service-driven Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant and bar. Key Responsibilities: • Support the Manager in daily restaurant operations and service standards • Supervise and guide service crew to ensure smooth operations • Manage opening/closing procedures, staff deployment and shift coordination • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery • Monitor stock, purchasing and basic inventory control • Support sales, promotions and events • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and workplace standards are maintained • Assist with staff training and operational improvement Requirements: • 2–4 years of F&B experience, preferably with supervisory experience • Strong communication and customer service skills • Able to lead a team and work independently • Hands-on, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
