Administrative Assistant #Woodlands

Working hour • Mon to Fri: 8 am to 8 pm • Sat: 8 am to 1 pm Key Roles • Support teaching/admin staff by providing information to students, parents, and public • Provide admin support for short courses and test centre operations (verification of candidates for assessments) • Assist with issuance of items/documents; handle walk-in enquiries and emails • Handle receipt and dispatch of printed notes, stationery, products, refreshments • Perform daily upkeep of counter cleanliness • Manage and document issuance of room keys; open/lock classrooms • Liaise with Facilities Management for classroom upkeep • Support coordination and delivery of refreshments for classes • Update digital display panels via content management system • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements • Preferably at least 3 years' relevant experience • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email), call handling, basic record-keeping • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good customer service skills
